Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are custom-made and engraved to order, all personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
